AVS Coastal specializes in saving meeting planners money for conferences in the Southeast. Our location in Wilmington, NC makes it extremely cost affordable for us to travel to throughout the region during the Fall and Winter months.
The conferences and association meetings we work with range from 200 – 1,000 participants, with topics ranging from healthcare, education to computer technology. We can create the atmosphere for your general session, break out panels, and smaller meetings or training labs. In addition to creating the sound, video, and lighting you need we also bring extra equipment just in case a vendor or exhibitor needs a last minute rental.
